Indoors

The spacious, light and sunny open plan living area has coffee tables and a large leather corner sofa to seat six, which converts to a fully sprung double sofa bed. The digital satellite system for the television receives a large variety of channels in many different languages as well as linking to an Android internet TV box. The living and dining areas have patio doors which open onto the verandas which overlook the large swimming pool and garden.

The 'honeymoon' master bedroom suite has a king sized fully sprung orthopaedic bed and a large sun deck facing the ocean with outside daybeds. It has an en suite bathroom with a shower, vanity basin, mirror, dresser; as well as large storage cupboards.

The second bedroom has twin beds which can be linked at the bases to create a super kingsized double bed if required. Please specify this during the booking so that the appropriate changes to the bedding and beds can be arranged. This second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the pool area. Both bedrooms have fully fitted built in wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors and their own air conditioning units.

Villa Andreas has two large solar panels on the roof which boosts the 200 litre hot water supply very effectively due to the amount of sunlight in Cyprus! Therefore, there is always a plentiful supply of hot water to supply the two showers, bath, kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. If lots of people are showering in succession there is an electric immersion heater to boost the tank, but this is hardly ever needed, even in winter. There is a third toilet and basin downstairs.

Outdoors

Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace complete with outdoor lounge furniture. This includes four sun loungers to help you unwind and relax within the private garden, ensuring you go home with that all important tan. However, in the heat of the day there is plenty of space to sit or lie in the shade of the pergola or large sun umbrella. The outstanding feature of the garden is the large, beautiful, 4 x 8 metres swimming pool, which is very inviting during the hot summer months.

The open plan kitchen and dining area is well equipped with everything you need to prepare full meals. A floor standing water cooler means there is no purchasing of water necessary. Villa Andreas also has a fantastic sunny back patio which is surrounded by scented flowering shrubs and is ideal for eating outside. It is next to the kitchen patio doors making it easy to serve food. Great for sunny breakfasts, afternoon teas and dining on those hot summer nights; as it has outside lighting in the surrounding vegetation. These are blue and green LED lights and colour changing mood lights that make the outdoor space look very pretty.

The location of Villa Andreas at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac ensures an excellent level of privacy for you to enjoy the outdoor space. There is also a gas barbecue and a second charcoal barbecue.

The swimming pool has a bright blue LED pool light which has a timer and should come on automatically in the evening until about midnight. As the pool is private there is no lifeguard, therefore children should never be left playing in the pool unsupervised. There is a pool safety fence which is easily removed if not needed.
