Pricing
You may have any length of holiday, beginning on any day of the week, subject to the minimum stay as shown below. The prices shown cover the rental of the whole of Villa Helena, irrespective of the number of persons staying. There is no reduction for having just two people in your party. The price is calculated strictly according to the dates in the table below. If your holiday crosses a price boundary, we will compute the total pro rata price for your holiday.
There is a refundable security deposit of £300 GBP (€350 EUR) which is required in order to secure your booking. You can pay in Pounds Sterling to a GBP account or Euros to a EUR account. You will receive a full receipt for all monies payed. The rental amount is due eight weeks before the start of your holiday. The deposit will be returned to you with in two weeks of the conclusion of your holiday, after our agents have checked Villa Helena.
A discount is offered on holidays of over two weeks in length. Please contact us for more information.
